Project Description

Located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, this concrete rooftop on West Monroe Steet is a publicly accessible park adjacent to the PepsiCo Building. Bison ScrewJack Pedestals support Oldcastle Westile concrete pavers alongside a beautifully manicured lawn providing open space for employees and the public alike. Green roofs have a positive impact on the environment while the pedestrian access offers immeasurable value to park visitors. The open space also provides amazing views of the heart of downtown Chicago.
