The meticulously preserved brick façade is matched by luxurious interior design. The stress-melting 2,500-square-foot rooftop lounge deck features one of the most breathtaking views of all of New York: the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, and the lower Manhattan skyline! The rooftop deck was constructed using Bison 2x2 Smooth 9-Plank Ipê Wood Tiles laid in a parquet pattern, supported by Bison Adjustable Versadjust Pedestals.
