Project Description
The Infinity at 300 Spear Street in San Francisco is a mixed-use residential condominium development consisting of 2 high-rise towers and 2 low-rise buildings which contain 650 residential units. Originally designed by San Francisco's Heller Manus Architects, the developer later hired Arquitectonica to work alongside the Heller Manus architects to revamp the building. The high-rise towers rise above the existing skyline in between the Embarcadero waterfront and Spear Street, making the complex prominent from places like the San Francisco Bay. The free-flowing architecture and spectacular views from The Infinity balconies are enhanced by top-grade features such as glass railings and Bison Ipê Wood Tiles supported by Level. It Pedestals.
