Project Description
This rooftop deck on a Corporate Office in Sunnyvale, California installed stained and sealed Bison 2x2 6-Plank Ipê Smooth Wood Tiles laid in a parquet pattern and Bison 2x2 and 2x4 White Powder-Coated Aluminum Cubes of various heights – all of which are supported by Bison Versadjust Adjustable Pedestals. The modular Bison Cubes provide planting areas and additional Bison Ipê Cube Tops provide storage and seating for the rooftop patrons. All Bison Cubes are designed to fulfill multiple purposes: planting areas, seating surfaces, or storage. Their incremental 24" lengths integrate seamlessly with Bison Pedestal Rooftop Deck Systems—instead of installing a wood tile or paver, a modular Cube can be installed in its place! Cubes used for planters contain drainage holes and irrigation sleeves for easy plant maintenance and do not require an additional liner.
