This rooftop terrace in Atlanta, Georgia features Bison Ribbed Ipê Wood Tiles laid in a parquet pattern supported by residential-grade Bison Level.It Pedestals. In order to accommodate the low point at the threshold, a step was constructed. The stair’s riser incorporates lighting to mitigate any tripping hazards caused by this step. Bison Adjustable Pedestal Systems create a cavity space, allowing for electrical systems, duct work, and/or irrigation lines to be run between the substrate and surface material. Surface materials can be removed for routine maintenance, for repairs to the roof, or to gain access to other systems.
